Research interests

stratigraphy of marine and continental sediments, paleohydrology, paleoecology and paleogeography of marine and freshwater basins, malacological reconstruction method (the study of mollusks); detailed history reconstruction of mediterranean basins; classification of Russian seas by their environmental states, the assessment of hydroecological situation of inland seas of Eurasia; hydroecological mapping.
